We will start at the mighty Colosseum, the symbol of the eternal city and the place where gladiator fightings took place. Riding our Vespa’s we will quickly arrive to the Column of Trajan which tells the story of the origin of modern day Romania. From there we will continue to Piazza Venezia square with its gigantic white ‘wedding cake’ or by its real name: the monument of Victor Emmanuel the second, Italys first king.
Riding a Vespa by night is a whole new experience, buzzing through maze like alleys under the classic streetlights of Rome as we will suddenly arrive to the oldest building standing in Rome since ancient time: The Pantheon, an Roman temple dedicated to all the ancient Roman gods.
We will continue on our Vespas tour and visit yet another famous symbol of Rome: The magnificent Trevi Fountain, which transforms at night in a spectacular sight of sounds and lights.
Tour will continue inside the historic center of Rome all the way to the beautifully romantic Spanish steps where we would enjoy the view of Rome’s skyline and the dome of St. Peter Basilica. After scanning the fabulous view of Rome, we will continue to the other side of the Tiber river and will arrive to the Vatican City. Nothing compares to the St Peter basilica lit up at night. We end the tour Castel Sant’Angelo, where the archangel Michael famously sits on top, dressed in lights.
